Por Si Falto is an information management tool and does not constitute a public faith, notarial, or legal advisory service.
- We do not guarantee system infallibility in cases of force majeure or critical internet infrastructure failures beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for the content of messages or files the user decides to schedule; the user is solely responsible for the legality of their information.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the service (if any).
