Security and privacy
Is it really safe to store passwords, URLs, or banking data?
Yes, absolutely. Everything you save in our system is encrypted directly in your browser before being sent to the server, which means no one, not even us, can read your information in plain text.
Our database only stores unreadable character sequences. We use zero-knowledge cryptography, ensuring that even if someone accessed our server, it would be mathematically impossible to recover your data without the password you chose.
What security mechanism prevents a delivery if you cannot supervise it?
The only mechanism that prevents your information from being sent is alerts. Before your counter ends, you receive notices that let you confirm everything is fine and stop the delivery. If no activity is recorded in the system, it assumes you cannot respond and automatically sends your data to the person or people you selected.
We cannot know with certainty whether you are active or able to stop the delivery, so it is essential to configure the system correctly and review your alerts on time. If a delivery happens and you did not prevent it due to forgetfulness or any other reason, it will be entirely your responsibility.
Can I modify my plans, cancel deliveries, or change emails?
Yes. Our control panel is intuitive and lets you modify any parameter while you are active. You can pause services, change recipients, update passwords, extend deadlines, or even cancel scheduled deliveries.
How does the system manage to work reliably?
Any system can occasionally fail, but we designed our service to minimize risks. The infrastructure combines automated processes with constant human supervision, allowing us to detect and resolve issues quickly.
Even if a delivery remains pending, it can be handled manually, ensuring your information reaches its destination as expected.
How do I know the system is active and operating correctly?
Our system sends automatic messages to the selected contact, customizable and with different tones, so you can confirm the service remains operational. This means it will not only work at the critical moment, but you can also continuously verify that everything is in order.
How the system works
How do you protect my data from unauthorized access?
All your secrets are encrypted locally in your browser. This means neither the server nor anyone else can read your data without your password. Even if the server were compromised, the data would remain inaccessible.
The separation of factors (URL + password) ensures that intercepting a single element is not enough to access your information.
What does zero-knowledge cryptography mean?
It means we do not have access to your information. All encryption and decryption happens in your browser, and no password or key is stored on the server. This guarantees full privacy and security even in the event of an attack.
What happens if someone gets my device or account?
Even if someone had access to your device, they could not access your sensitive data without the password. The key to decrypt a secret is split between a URL fragment and your password, so only the correct combination allows access.
How are logs and backups managed?
We only store encrypted data and essential metadata, such as creation date and last “message sent”. This allows us to back up information and maintain system integrity without compromising your data security.
What happens if a technical failure occurs during a delivery?
If a delivery fails for any reason, the system can retry automatically or allow manual intervention. The priority is for your data to arrive correctly without compromising security.
Channels and communication
Which channels can I use to send information?
We currently support email, Telegram, and WhatsApp. We use our own dedicated infrastructure: one server for the website and a separate server for WhatsApp services, keeping operations isolated and factor separation intact.
How do WhatsApp services operate?
WhatsApp services run on our own dedicated server, separate from the main website server. This separation reduces external dependencies, improves operational control, and keeps delivery limited to secure links without exposing private content or keys.
Who will send me WhatsApp messages?
Messages come from a single official system number managed by an automated bot. Its only function is to send alerts, service notifications, and the deliveries you have configured.
We do not send advertising, offers, or communications unrelated to the platform operation. You will also not receive messages from other numbers without prior notice, so you will always know when a communication truly belongs to the system.
Which channel do we recommend for alerts?
We recommend Telegram for alerts and operational notices because it is usually more stable than WhatsApp for automations. WhatsApp can be used as a complementary channel when the recipient needs it, always keeping access factors separated.
Can I combine multiple channels in the same delivery?
Yes. You can combine email, Telegram, and WhatsApp to increase delivery probability and visibility without placing all access factors in a single channel.
Many people do not check email frequently or may forget during stressful moments. Telegram is our main recommendation for notices because of its stability, and WhatsApp remains a backup when the case requires it.
Files and documents
What type of files can I attach or store in the system?
Unfortunately, we do not store any type of file due to space and security considerations.
However, you can use external services such as MEGA or Proton, which offer privacy-focused and zero-knowledge storage. In our system, we only store the encrypted URLs you provide so they can be delivered to your recipient at the indicated time.
For greater security, we also recommend keeping data separated and avoiding concentrating all sensitive information in one place.
What happens if the external link becomes unavailable?
The system only stores and delivers the URL you provide, so it is important to make sure the link remains active and accessible over time.
We recommend using reliable services and periodically checking content availability to avoid problems at the moment of delivery.
Are the links I save also protected?
Yes. The URLs you register in the system are stored encrypted, following the same security logic as the rest of the information.
This ensures that only authorized people can access the content at the defined time.
Should I also share passwords for external files?
Yes, it is good practice to separate access across multiple channels.
For example, you can send the link through the system and the password through another channel such as WhatsApp, reducing the risk of unauthorized access.
How can I make sure my documents are delivered correctly?
The best practice is to use reliable external services, keep links updated, and combine delivery channels.
This ensures the information arrives complete, accessible, and secure when it is truly needed.
